This delicious granola is made with double roasted oats. These come from Bob's Redmill and are certified to be gluten free. To make it extra decadent I add cashews, almonds, coconut and organic coconut sugar. To bring it all together l use organic coconut oil and pure maple syrup and it's not too sweet. This granola could be eaten as a breakfast cereal or as a topping for yogurt with the fruit of the season, or just out of the bag by itself.
